Dentalys is an AI receptionist for dental clinics: it answers patient messages and books appointments on Telegram and the clinic’s own web chat link (Instagram and Messenger coming soon), 24 hours a day. There are three plans, billed monthly in USD: Starter at $88/month, Pro at $168/month and Clinic+ at $288/month. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with Pro features — no credit card required. There are no per-conversation fees: paid plans have no cap on AI conversations or appointments.

Frequently asked questions
Do patients need to install anything?
No. Patients message you on Telegram or open your clinic’s own chat link in any browser — nothing to install. Instagram and Messenger coming soon.
Does it understand dental treatments like implants and crowns?
Yes. We pre-load Dentalys with your service menu — cleaning, whitening, crowns, implants, ortho, veneers — including pricing, duration, and pre/post-op notes. The AI references your specific catalogue, not generic dental knowledge.
Does it sync with my Google Calendar?
Yes. Bookings land directly in Google Calendar with patient name, contact, service, and notes. Per-doctor calendars are supported on Clinic+. Buffer times and working hours are respected automatically.
What happens if the AI can’t answer a question?
It hands off. A question your clinic information does not cover (complex insurance, for example), a patient asking for a person, or urgent symptoms goes to the Handoffs inbox in your dashboard for your front desk to follow up, and the clinic owner gets an email.
Can my receptionist take over from the AI?
Yes. Your team can reply to any patient from the Conversations page in your dashboard, through the same channel the patient used.
What if a patient asks something complex like post-op care?
Dentalys is built to NOT diagnose, prescribe, or give clinical advice. For questions about pain, medicines or medical conditions it answers from your clinic’s FAQs if you have written one; otherwise it tells the patient the dentist will go through it at the visit and offers to book. Urgent symptoms are handed to your team straight away, and the clinic owner gets an email. Safety over automation, always.
How long does setup take?
Under 30 minutes. Plug in your Google Calendar, paste your service list (or use our dental template), connect the channels you want — the Telegram bot itself takes under 10 minutes.
