Please read these terms carefully before using Dentalys.ai. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using any part of the Dentalys.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Clinic", or "Subscriber") and Dentalys.ai ("we", "us", or "our").
Dentalys.ai provides an AI-powered dental receptionist platform that automates patient communication, appointment booking, and reminders via messaging channels including Telegram, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger. The Service is intended for licensed dental practices and their authorised operators. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account • Not share account credentials with individuals outside your clinic • Not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is offered on the following subscription plans: • Starter — $88 USD/month: AI receptionist on Telegram, up to 100 bookings/month, Google Calendar sync, email support. • Pro — $168 USD/month: Everything in Starter plus Instagram DM bot, Facebook Messenger bot, unlimited bookings, custom AI receptionist name, and priority support. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect patient data beyond what is necessary for appointment management • Violate any applicable law, including healthcare privacy regulations in your jurisdiction • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service • Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your dental clinic's patient communications We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for violations of this section.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate responses to patient messages. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information • The AI is not a licensed medical professional and cannot provide medical advice or diagnoses • You are solely responsible for reviewing AI responses and ensuring they are appropriate for your clinic • Dentalys.ai is not liable for any harm arising from AI-generated content sent to your patients • You should configure the AI with accurate clinic information and review its responses periodically The AI is a tool to assist your clinic's front desk operations — final responsibility for patient communications remains with you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your patients to process their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable healthcare data regulations in your jurisdiction.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dentalys.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws may provide you with rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
